Talent Programs

ICTC is a leader in developing workforce solutions and delivering talent programs to enable Canadian businesses to access the right talent with the right skills needed to drive innovation and productivity in an increasingly competitive environment. To ensure Canada is able to meet the growing demand for ICT and digitally skilled talent, we must consider all labour market sources and complementary pathways and build welcoming, diverse workplaces. Our programs provide unique and targeted solutions for recruiting, retaining and integrating women, Indigenous persons, youth and internationally educated professionals (IEPs) into ICT workforce.

Digital Link Ontario

The Digital Link Ontario (DLO) program’s financial incentive ended in March 2020, but DLO continues to help recent graduates across Ontario find employment through ICTC`s job site. The JobSite provides a platform where Ontario employers can meet recent graduates and match them to employment opportunities within the emerging IT sectors.
