With a projected $19 trillion dollar global Internet of Things (IoT) economy by 2020, the opportunities have never been greater to integrate high-demand skills and subject matters into the classrooms early and build a job ready workforce. Fall 2015 SCDA shows an encouraging trend of ICT employment among those aged 25 or younger increasing by 1,400 (Ç2.5%) to reach 56,800 in 2015 Q3, comprising 7% of all ICT jobs in Canada.
