On Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in Ottawa, the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with India’s National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The agreement extends to providing expertise in: labour market analysis; competency development; and capacity building in India in the areas of IT, electronics, telecom based on ICTC’s extensive experience in these areas.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Prime Minister Narendra Modi jointly announced these partnerships among others in an official ceremony at Parliament hill. ICTC is proud to have taken part in this ceremony between Canada and India.
