ICTC believes in the importance of developing a highly skilled, educated and motivated ICT/digital workforce that will drive Canada’s economic growth and innovation. The Digital Link Ontario (DLO) program’s financial incentive ended in March 2020, but DLO continues to help recent graduates across Ontario find employment through ICTC`s job site. The JobSite provides a platform where Ontario employers can meet recent graduates and match them to employment opportunities within the emerging IT sectors.
